I thought I should address this here: Spider-Man has superhuman durability. His skeleton, outer and internal organs are better fortified than Captain America's (not to mention he can recover/heal at least twice as fast). I'm not saying Spidey is bullet proof, but he can take a bullet wound much better than Cap can.

I'd say 1-2, but Captain wouldn't leave without victories. He's one succesful underdog, don't you think? Has gone through some serious trouble and usually even turned up to be the winner. Though he's somewhat outclassed here, he can still suprise Spidey.
