Spider-man vs. Sabertooth

hahaha... another hillarious thread... Anyone who think's that spiderman could take sabertooth in a straight up brawl must be either insane or simply stupid. I know spiderman is faster, more agile and a spidersense. Sabertooth on the other hand is arguably just as strong, give or take a little. He's no slouch in the speed or agile departement either. AND his h2h skills are far superior t those of spiderman. Wolverine stalemated spiderman when he was holding back (the fight in berlin). Imagine what he would do if that wasn't the case...

he WOULD get his ass handed to him by sabertooth

and all these createns think spidey can KO sabretooth......when BEFORE his adamantium and strength upgrades...like back in the 80's he went toe to toe with mrs. marvel in a hit for hit slug fest and was winning....
she's like class 50 and couldn't knock him out untill she got behind him and even then it took like two dozen well placed punches to even make him fall down....hahahahahaha 😂

sabertooth wins this quiet fast. If you know anything about sabertoothe, its that he strives off pain. With the adamantium enhancement, spiderman is fighting a losing battle. Sabertoothe is about as fast as spiderman has a healing factor that absorb punishment and a back up is the adamantium. Wolverine has fought spiderman and was toying with him the entire fight, sabertooth goes directly for the kill and that would be spiderman downfall. I got to give it to spiderman, he does have sabertooth in the agility dept but not by a lot. Sabertooth is considered the most ruthless and dangerous man (besides wolverine) in marvel, thats before the adamantium and the strenght increase. Spiderman is good but when it comes to sabertooth a person who when his name is spoke mutants tremble, spiderman is in a losing battle. I hope if they ever fight sabertooth isnt looking to kill spiderman and just throw him to the side because if he is on the kill to take spiderman, that would be the last day aunt may is every going to see him.

<<I cuncur, it all comes down to the webbing, sabretooth can shred it, pull it off, etc. but if he's bound in an uncomprimising position, it's all over. In a straight up brawl, I think, he's kicked spiderman's ass, but if spiderman has to resort to webbing him up completely, it's all over.

in most of their showing's wolverine's been beaten by sabretooth, for a long long time (back in the day) sabretooth beat wolverine in every one of their encounters, Wolverine's gotten better since then and has been able to dice sabretooth up a few times since, but when it boils down to it, most of their encounters end up like it did in "the native" storyline with sabes standing victorious.>>

umm, jinzin, i know i called a truce in our earlier disagreement, but . . . how the %$#@ do you say spidey can beat THIS guy, when you -- in the next paragraph -- say sabes regularly beats wolverine!!??

by the way, sabes has lost (and lost badly) to FAR too many guys (black cat, daredevil, cap, iron fist, AND spidey to name a few) to think he can beat spidey in this match. spidey wouldn't be stupid enough to fight fist to fist and once sabes is in an awkward position he's webbed and it's over. even if he IS class40 he's not strong enough to break the webbing. and besides, you can't attribute ALL those losses to bad writing. i'm thinking it's a lot easier to believe the bad writing occured when he KO'd rogue.

Leonidas...Jinzin is a fanboy. He always argues retarded things. He always argues the exception to the rule..what COULD happen. It doesn't occur to him that what is more likely ot happen, is what is going to determine the winner. He also changes his story all the time. Read the WOlverine vs Cap thread for examples.

That's an assumption you made after misreading one of jinzins threads. Your low comprehension level does not make you right. Try bringing evidence to the table, the same way jinzin does for all the threads he argues on.

whao you're totally misunderstanding my again man....lol.....okay someone tried to make a point that if sabretooth was completely webbed up from head to toe in a position that he couldn't get free from with pullingit off or clawing through it spiderman would win.....I have absolutely no choice but to cuncur with this....NONE....that's like saying if spiderman just layed there while sabretooth got one free slash at his thraot.....sabretooth would win......lol......IF it happened though...not when........even there I said in a straight up brawl.....spidey'd get his ass handed to him by sabreooth.....no question.....but IF spiderman webbed the shit out of him to where he couldn't escape.....of course he'd win.....look back through the wolverine vs. spiderman threads and this one....I've always said that mano y mano...spiderman loses...HOWEVER.... it all comes down to the webbing....... I've never attributed losses to bad writing.....never will...I HATE .......HATE.......i can't stress the word HATE enough......HATE the bad writing argument......it's such an easy way out....but in sabretooth's defense...when he lost to some of the characters you mentioned (i.e. iron fist and spidey) this was wayyyyyy back before he was an established character....he showed no signs of super strength nor a healing factor......but then again....spidey's also in turn been beaten by iron fist, daredevil, and sabretooth too.....to say he loses to far too many people is somewhat misleading....when you consider how he loses.....getting hit by a lightning bolt and then punched in the ribbs by a meachanical arm would probably KO spidey or leave him wirthing on the ground in pain......sabretooth just stood up......(to the misty knight example from way back)......and this was again before his powers were really even established......
