A female can't be charged with raped based on the fact that it would be near impossible to believe that she overpowered him.

They can however, be charged as an accomplice to rape.

it's not impossible for a woman to be charged and/or convicted for rape, it's just that we discount this possibility as ridiculous.

I read it in multiple law books and have a friend doing a law degree who says the same thing. That's good enough for me. You not buying it isn't something I will lose sleep over. If those books and my friend are both wrong, so be it.

How old are these law books?

I'm almost positive that I've heard of women getting charged for rape on occasion, it IS possible for them to overpower a man on occasion.

However, it would be impossible to rape a man because a man has to have an erection to have sex, and he wouldn't be able to if he was being forced into it by someone.

Still, sounds very outdated and sexist if it's true, still don't buy that a woman CAN'T be charged with rape, until I see actual proof of some sort.

Well about a year ago it was in the paper (Mirror), about men and women's top ten fantasies.

2nd on the mens list was being sexually assaulted by a female 😐😖

I think it's crap also. However, that's what it said.

Unless the law has changed....then I would assume it still stands.

Keeping in mind our countries have different laws.
