How old are these law books?

I'm almost positive that I've heard of women getting charged for rape on occasion, it IS possible for them to overpower a man on occasion.

However, it would be impossible to rape a man because a man has to have an erection to have sex, and he wouldn't be able to if he was being forced into it by someone.

Still, sounds very outdated and sexist if it's true, still don't buy that a woman CAN'T be charged with rape, until I see actual proof of some sort.

She could slip Viagra into his drink, or hold him down and jack him off for a little bit 😕

After all, it's not uncommon for men to be tied up by women during sex. Call me crazy but unless the guy is Mr. Fantastic he isn't manually putting anything into anywhere by himself.

It's not like you can just think "Don't get an erection".

A guy doesn't have to be willingly aroused to get an erection. A woman getting raped can still have an orgasm

.....this thread took a nasty turn 😐

Interesting story, two women are being charged for rape of another woman. So it seems they can be brought up on rape charges, at least if the victim is a woman.

Not in England they cannot.

Ah, well there you go.

I live in the US so I was talking about the laws of this country, I didn't even know you lived in the UK.

I DID just say, keeping in mind we live in different countries.

No harm done.
