Swords would only clash and slip in the way you're envisioning if opponents are applying comparable force... they wouldn't even be near applying comparable force if bracelets were to meet claws...
Cheetah, who has Flash-like speed, claws mystically enchanted so they can cut through anything and super-strength.

cap is hard person to use as your standard because even scrolls that move so fast they appear as if teleporters have trouble hitting cap... he's just that damned good...
spiderman has his spider sense.. and wolverine's never really had trouble hitting him when he was trying to land a hit save secret wars... so... that's not really an accurate standard either.. 😕
as I said before.. I think it would be very difficult for wolvie to even land a hit.. I just don't think that guarantees her a 10/10 win here...

How do you know that it is not as strong or stronger then adamantium? It was made by GODS after all, and I think gods could make something stronger then a small scientist on this little piece of rock we call Earth. It also cut through sundipped Superman's force field, something that Wolverine could never accomplish...
