College Basketball

They will fall out of #1. Their conference is a nightmare and all of the teams in it are gonna beat each other up. Although the same should be true for duke/unc/wake/md etc in the acc. Also I think Pitt has only played 1 ranked team so far. Granted they played a great game but they have not been tested fully yet. Also they played my Alma Mater and we are terrible at basketball, when I was there me and a friend beat our teams pg and his friend 2 on 2. So if you schedule us your weak lol.

Yea and we did make the tournament last year, the program is supposed to be getting better but I dont follow it as much not being there.

Wow, after going on the road and beating the #1 team in the country Boston College goes home to lose to Harvard. Yes that Harvard, the one who has NEVER beaten a ranked team EVER in over 100+ years. Congrats to BC for one of the most epic failures of all time.

ACC now has 4 teams in the top 9. I was a bit surprised Wake didnt jump to #2

Villanova has played 4 good teams and lost to all 4 of them. face-plain The Louisville game was atrocious though, a ton of missed free throws in the last 2 minutes and 2 missed layups in the last 4 seconds of the game that would have given us the lead.

Not as bad as MD must feel right now though. 60-20! Their players look like they arnt even trying anymore, someone should let them know there are 15 minutes left.

I'm still holding out hope for my team, Syracuse! They've had a very tough losses like to Louisville... but they are such a strong and experienced team this year. I hope they make it far... can't wait to see them play Providence tonight!! Let's go 'Cuse!!!

Hmmm syracuse vs Providence or Duke vs Wake.... What game to watch.

Hopefully we can survive the curse of the #1's this year. Has not been good in college football or basketball so far.

It really was a great game though, WF did a great job defending outside and shutdown everyone but Henderson and Singler. Scheyer has to get some confidence and pull the trigger on more shots, he passes up SOOOO many open looks. I do hate the way the game ended though. Henderson gets the rebound with about 2 seconds left and hits the ground, whistle blows, I think for sure oh it was a foul hes gonna go to the line game over Duke wins what a sick comeback. But no its the retarded if you fall to the ground while grabbing a loose ball you travel rule (not saying he was or wasnt fouled you cant tell just dont love the rule) so WF gets the ball and somehow gets a freaking layup. Would not want to be a Duke player today for allowing that layup...

But in reality the rankings do not matter. The ACC and Big East all have to beat up and each other still (no one else matters except Oklahoma) This is all like a big pre-season until the tournament which is all that matters for the elite programs anymore.
