So U.K. has reportedly snagged Calipari from Memphis along with two of his current players and possibly two of his new recruits who haven't signed their letter of intent yet. Reportedly U.K. has offered Calipari around 35 million with an 8 year contract...thats over 4 million a year!!!! Hopefully we can get an 8th banner out of the deal.

Yea I am with ya. Its funny because a lot of places you see people root for their conference here. Especially with Michigan st. because we always have the ACC vs Big 10 challenge. But lets be honest, the ACC>Big 10 theres no question there so screw conference loyalty I am a Spartan fan here all the way (now that Nova screwed up and lost) I also dont like Uconn so glad there.
Congrats to UNC. They earned it, and unlike a few of their other national championships, there was ZERO controversy surrounding this one. They simply dominated.
The closest they came to breaking a sweat the whole tourney was in the 2nd half against LSU, and even that was short-lived once Lawson got going.
I like watching the March Madness stuff, and my parents get huge into it. I feel like this year was kinda anticlimactic though, you know? The final wasn't even that exciting a game. I was on the edge of my seat for last year's.

Yea it was a truly dominating performance. With UNC losing a lot of players though (Lawson please leave) and Duke returning everyone (henderson please stay) should be able to return the favor of the sweep next year.
