Well they have 2 of the top 10 PF in the country coming in and 3 of the top 10 SG coming in, including 4 of them being McDonalds all americans.
I am very very excited for Duke next year though we are returning a veteran team and adding one of the best high school kids in the country who will give needed help inside to Singler and Thomas.

Yeah, he is. He doesn't start but gets a lot of minutes, almost starter amount of minutes. He hustles and is a solid all around player, does a lot of the dirty work. He has a lot of range too but he either misses 6 shots in a row or makes 4 in a row, and he's not very good off the dribble. He had 21 points the other night vs. St Joes, but also got stuffed by the rim on a fast break dunk, then fell when he tried getting back on defense. 😆

Yea NC is living on their legacy this year. Although I will give them credit for playing one of the craziest/hardest non-conference schedules I have ever seen. Roy is smart he has a super young team and rather than taking it easy on them he threw them in the fire from the start. That plus playing in the ACC these kids are going to learn fast.
Nova-GTown should be awesome. Duke plays @ GTown this year and I want to go but damn its expensive.
Man Duke is really struggling to make shots this year and just cant quite get it together on the road at all. NC State tonight though just could not miss. Some of the shots Gonzales threw up were clearly hope & a prayer type of shots but he kept drilling them so have to give them credit.
The only thing I wont give credit there is for the ignorant fans. I think the storming the court thing has gotten out of hand. I really see no reason to ever storm the court when you beat a team in your own conference these are games you are supposed to be able to compete in, not ones you should act like its a miracle you were able to win. (isnt that a bit disrespectful to your own team?) I could maybe see if your playing someone in conference very late in the season and they are #1 and perhaps undefeated and you are a bad to average team and get a HUGE upset. Otherwise regular season against a team you play twice every year there just is no need. Take a lesson from K-State.
The part that really made the State fans totally ignorant though was when they were chanting "overrated" for the last few minutes of the game (as they position to storm the court) I wonder if any of them thought "hey if these guys are overrated then who gives a shit if we win?"
