Alrighty, just saw August Underground's Mordem. I'm glad I saw it for free. I wouldn't pay to see this movie. I guess that would go along with the whole 'home movie' theme. Who pays for home movies?
Anyway, it's...mediocre quality at best. It's sick, it's twisted, and it's disturbing...if you couldn't tell that it's fake at times.
There are scenes where the victims are supposed to be crying and you actually hear them laughing. I suppose because it's so ridiculously over the top that it's funny. The dialogue is laughable and gives it away.
However, if it didn't look so fake at certain points, it'd definitly be top 5 most disturbing film material. A+ for special effects though.
the crazy chick in it could be hot if the camera stayed still and she got rid of all the extra makeup and crappy 'goth' jewelery.
I hear the first August Underground is waaayy better though, much more real and a larger impact. I gotta find it.
