i see nothing in those images that shows faster than human speed ...... let alone 10 times faster....... he knew what Flash was going to do...... hell I knew what Flash was going to do and i've never seen that before..... so he's a good planner..... those pics don't even show pre cognitive abilities.... just that he knows his enemies and is prepared

it shows him taking out the JLA and youre saying you dont see his speed.
it shows that he's quick......... nothing there leads me to believe he's as fast as Captain America....... he planned the explosions to force Flash into a single route...... good plan......he took out the witch........ another good plan........ though nothing Cap couldn't have planned and executed
and it only shows him taking out 2 of the JLA...... one was rash about his actions, the other wasn't a physical combatant

I said Cap could plan it....... Tasky could too, he's taken on teams by himself as well....... and never had an arrow shoved through his eye

In IC#2 & 3 shows his skills and strength. It was incredibly amazing how he exploited each of their weaknesses. Some guy's powered by a ring on his finger? Break his finger. Some guy's got wings harnessed to him? Cut the harness. Some guy is an archer? Destroy his arrows. These two girls' super abilities are powered by their voices? Render them speechless. Etc. Etc. Etc.
