No need to get off on a tangent like this over your grammatical errors or someone being petty and pointing out your grammatical errors on a message board. Cap beats Storm in a cage, if Emma goes diamond then i doubt Dazz or SW can hurt her, your other prediction is a much closer battle and could go either way

Scoob, he's not always fighting a person that can control the weather from a distance of 25 feet, that's why he's normally accurate. This is a new set of variables for him. I'm sure if Storm was powerless it would be no problem for Cap, but there's too much to take into account.
Storm controls the wind; Cap has to adjust his throws for angle, distance, spin (so it rebounds at the angle he wants), wind resistance and wind direction before he makes his throw in order to be accurate (like any olympic discus thrower).
Storm can change the wind resistance and wind direction AFTER he makes his throw, as well as just plain moving her body. She can effect his accuracy in ways other opponents can't. Red Skull can't create tornadoes or hurricanes on a whim when that shield is coming at him from 25 feet; his only options are to duck or dive out of the way or he's getting his wig split. Storm, on the otherhand, has a myriad of other options, from ducking and diving, to flying (it's a 30 foot high cage), to sending mach force winds in Cap's direction and blowing his shield off course and Cap into a wall of the cage, to creating a cyclone around herself that deflects projectiles.
From that point forward, from when the shield leaves Cap's hand, the fight is Storm's for the taking. Cap has no counter for her powers, and by her deflecting or dodging the shield, it will either not have ricocheted back to the place Cap had planned for it to, or Storm will be countering with hurricane force winds and lightning, and Cap's at a total loss.
Cap goes down.
apparently the shield can be thrown at 200mph (captjk's figure) across a few feet of cage that gives Storm almost no time to get out the way or create a wind system to attempt to push the shield off course..... Cap has studied up on almost all the known "supers" (i've been watching the Incedibles) and knows Storms abilities...... power isn't everything.... Cap is THEE master strategist of marvel's field combatants.... Storm may be more powerful but he'd win 8 out of 10 of their matches in a cage

I was trying to be cyber-sarcastic with me 'Cap would win remark. (can you tell that I'm lying? lol) Seriously, I din't know I was Storm (lol what a coincident !!!) But of course I would argue no matter who I was, as long as it's balanced enough. (I know Spiderman would beat God, for example 😉)
storm has dodged gunfire from highy trained assasins, sentinals, cykes optic blast, and a whole lot of other things. she can fight in a confined space and win(arena). it will take a second to duck down and another second to shoot lightning out her hands. the fights over in like a minute with storm as the victor
