No, your team simply states that you will win, because some of you members seem ignorant.

according to the way characters are in the comics and their history the badasses should win most of them

well really only two battles have been debated its ladiis opinion who wins

but mostlikely we won the majority of the fights

can anyone repost the fights- can't find them

1. Black Canary vs. Punisher's dog
2. Cassandra Cain and Siryn vs. Spiderman and Lady Deathstrike
3. Namor vs. Apollo
4. Emma Frost and Huntress vs. Spider Woman 1 and Dazzler
5. Captain America vs Storm
6. Captain Britain and Mandarin versus Rogue and Ravager

thanks, yeah i think the badasses win most of em

1. good guys
2. bad asses
3. undecided (would someone be kind enough to link me to a bio of apollo?)
4. good guys
5. good guys(can go either way, but i think cap is just too much in the way of experience, skill, he is physically and mentally superior in every way... and the fact that theres less than what 30 feet between them...)
6. undecided (is this the abomination ravager?)

he doesn't move faster than the human eye can register. she wi;ll see him getting ready to throw the shield. she will be prepared.

he does that all the time......... his enemies and allies are always impressed and say things like "Cap moves faster than most men think" and they mention him moving like a blur

Actually, we took the first fight. It wasn't Max the Attack Dog Vs. the deceased Black Canary I, it was Elektra Vs. the latest incarnation of Black Canary I, a cancer victim confined to her bed.

it was healthy Black Canary..... or it was punisher's dead kids.... 😛

😆

You didn't read the page where we discussed that? Canary I (current Canary's Mom, Dinah Lance) died of cancer and was carried to heaven by Spectre. You guys chose a dead person to fight a dog. So then Lady then said it was a 'clone', which I argued was unfair, she then said it was the latest incarnation of a lover/family member. Elektra was a former love interest of Punisher after she impressed him by killing his targets, so I chose her.

Now, would you rather I use Max against a corpse or a cancer victim? Chewing on bones is of no consequence to a 170 lb Rottweiler trained to kill, and it would be a lot less gory than having him ravage a woman dying of cancer.

all it will take a thought for storm to be protected. unless he moves faster than the speed of thought then i don't see him hitting her. all she has to do is think about wind and it happens. the elements of the storm are at her command. there have been plenty of times where the x-men have taken off very quickly nad storm ahead of most. in this comic with the brood her and cannonbasll took off at the same speed and she was ahead of him.

and there are even more times when cap has taken out people who are faster than Storm

she may not be outpowered but she is outclassed

but all it takes is a simple thought and winds are generated. seriously storm could take cap out.

i'm sorry but i don't believe she can generate a wind strong enough to stop him in the time it takes him to throw his shield across the cage

Uh, she doesn't exactly have to be standing still or accurate to use her powers. She can dodge and generate a wind tunnel at the same time. As was stated before, Cap's margin for error is too small. He has one ranged attack that's not a guarantee on hitting. Being in an enclosure with a woman that can control elements that would effect his accuracy as well as render him defenseless is not a good situation for Cap.

This isn't a fist fight.

Storm only has to kick up around maybe a 150-200 mph wind to pin Cap and his shield to the cage, and less to simply alter the direction of the shield. Cap isn't outskilled, no doubt, but he's simply outgunned in this scenario. I could dodge a garbage can lid or man hole cover thrown at me from 25 feet and I'll be the first to tell you I'm no peak athletic specimen (I smoke too much weed and hurt my knee playing football back in high school). It's really not that difficult. If you've played dodgeball you know it's not that hard. He's not throwing a ninja star, he's throwing a big metal disk. He's not going to simply flick his wrist and the damn thing flies at speeds the eye can't register.

You insisted that it was a cancer ridden woman, then Laydii said that "you knew what she meant". That implies that it is the healthy version.

You'd better check again.

Making assumptions won't help your position. I insisted that this be fair, I didn't insist that she be cancer ridden. Lady did not mix her words. She clearly stated herself the "latest incarnation".

Fine, I take back what I say. The latest incarnation of the lover. Happy? I'm giving you a chance to use something other than a dog. Take it or leave it.

That's plain and simple. She wasn't implying anything. It's on page 48 if you'd care to read it.

Before it was "current incarnation" until it became known your team had chosen a dead character. I then debated against the latest incarnation of Black Canary, a bed ridden cancer victim, not insisting, simply having prior knowledge of the last incarnation of the character. Lady then said this:

If you want to get that technical then I can just say that the latest incarnation of any character is a comic book. That way nobody wins.

because I'm adhering to the rules she specified herself (which I don't understand why she'd be upset that I followed what she herself said), and then she said this:

I mean, honestly illadelph, do you think that is what meant? The cage will be like that of the inferno 2, which now that I think about it, most of you don't now what it looks like. I'd say its about a square 25 square feet long and wide, and about 30 feet high.

Referring to the cage, not to your cancer victim that you're putting into a death match. Never did she "imply" that it was the healthy version, that's you making assumptions as you've done many times in this event. Unless you have some inside information the rest of us don't, of course. I mean, after all (pg. 25):

I know almost exactly what Jilliyun is going say. lol. She's gonna bite your head off for stating things like that is what is going to happen.

Funny I haven't seen your head bitten off for any of your assumptions, but I catch heat for following the rules.

Should I assume why?

I'm used to getting my head bitten off on a daily basis because I have class with her everyday. ^^. I know her all too well.
