A couple of times is repeatedly. And yes, a laser, after disorienting and blinding Emma before she can do more than annoy Dazzler.

Dazz sees Emma and just shoots. Emaa moves out of the way (noone likes dyine 😉). Dazzler does her sparke thange in E's eyes, hardcore. She then boots her boot in E's eye.
Storm just makes a sick fog then flies up and starts up some monster chainlightening.

how can't she. he will havve th throw it. to throw it she will see his motion of throwing and be able to react. he isn't flash and able to do everything at lightspeed. his body will show kovement when he throws the shield. she is very smart she isn't just watch him do it

he's not Flash, but SHE's not peak human....... he's probably twice as fast as her flat out.... if not more

yes she is not as fast as him. but she is above athlete level according to the bios. she is very fast. she has dodged worse in her career. his only prayer of winning is hitting her with thaT SHield. the shield won't be in the air as soon as the fight starts. my guess is storm will take to the skies riht away giving her more of an advantage. and what you are basically sauing is that in under a second the shield will have been thrown and have hit her already.
