Funny what ifs

Yeah, hindsight. I remembered that after posting. I was like "Wait... EMP... they -do- use that crap." But still, a nice megaton EMP explosion over a Death Star would probably short out half of the place.

lol, that would take an EMP bigger than a star destroyer, bigger than a super star destroyer actually. Hope they dont miss.

"Launch EMP!"

"Uh captain...?"

"Yes, kid?"

"Since we have about twenty seconds to live because I done screwed up the launch, I just want to say... I love you man!"

"You have to go to the bathroom right?"

"No, the EMP weighs too much and its dragging the ship down!"

"Crap, I knew the Death Star was invincible but I just had to try and fight it. Oh look, someone just blew it up for us. That's good and all, but this stupid EMP is too heavy!"

"Captain, we're about to land on the rebel base, totally incinerating it. Any thing you want to say before it happens?"
