Storm briging a hurricane wind into the battlefield will pin him down for disposal, bludgeon him to death or severely restrict his flight. Whatever she could do either of them with hurricane winds
she controls the electrons in electricity also. thats how she shoots it from her hands, she excites them. she can just shut them off from her brain and anywhere near her. this makes perfect sence. just not let anything electrical near her including his lightning. she should be able to n keep it all away

Youre problem is just because storm mostly uses her mutant power to create weather related effects you dont seem to understand how far her power goes. Storm wields and generates electromagnetic energies her power goes right down to an electron level and she can generate and manipulate a variety of electrical phenomena. Her mutant power is to generate and/or tap into ambient energy patterns. Storm has control over the flow of electrons. You want proof read gambits last mini series where he fights the Xcutioner and storm is featured.
Don't need to fly to screw with someone's mind. What resistance she has can only last so long.
Long enough for her other metorological talents to come into play which as previously mentioned would result in his death. Or i suppose because the amount of electricity he can have coursing through his body is so limited she could always try overloading him

already told you why overloading wont work, try reading the full post and not just skimming
and really, he can fry her brain in seconds. She has NO guard agaisnt his electrical onslaught from within. Her EM manipulation wont help at all.
Youre argument as to why overloading wouldnt work was far from convincing. I never skimmed at all i just found what was there to be ill researched. Yes he can tap into energy fields willingly and draw on them to amplify his reserves but only at a rate his body could handle and with a limit of 1million volts it wouldnt take long for him to explode

U just really do not get my points do u. I tried simplifying it with that rachel, emma analogy but even that it seems leaves u lost. Hes superior in terms of precise control the amount of things he can do. But when he tries to attack her using a method she also has in her arsenal and so can defend against its just down to who has the stronger willpower and who is more powerful and the answer is storm. Please try and understand that because i have typed the same thing in diffreent ways over and over
