I would say it would be a very bad idea for Sony to get KOTOR 3 on the ps3, mainly because the ps3 fans would have no idea what is going on! The game would be referencing so much to the last two games, the playstation people would have NO idea what was going on. So, if they made KOTOR 3 for the ps3, then they would (or at least should) make the other two games for the ps3, if not at least the ps2.

yaahhhh.... i guess that makes sense... but then again, KOTOR 1 isnt in production, so that completely kills the KOTORs going anywhere but PC and Xbox and 360

danouo's got a point and as until it has been annouced that they are working on the game i don't give a crap about what system its on.

and the ps3 won't happen, i garentee it

No... and anyway, most of the news is going to come from Obsidian most likely m8 HOLY CRAP, i think that i have found that Obsidian is actually doing it "What game projects are you working on?
Obsidian is currently developing a game based on the Aliens film franchise for next-generation systems and the PC, AS WELL AS AN UNANNOUNCED RPG; both with SEGA®." that was taken from the Obsidian site under Info... but then again Bioware says they are working on a Next Gen game, but they publicly said they are too busy for anyother KOTOR... so, obsidian is most def doing it

bioware announced that the next gen rpg they were working on is mass effect, not KOTOR, so it will be obsidian, and the unannounced rpg is good news.

My brother played kotor 1... So I know most of the storyline for kotor 1...
start as revan on a ship.... escape the ship. meet carth and bastilla... also meet mission and zaalbar. then you escape malak blowing holes in taris? and then you go to dantooine... (skip a big bit here) get all the peices of that map thing... (on the way you meet jolee and that scary looking female jedi chick with elf like ears). you go to the star forge. Kill alot of sith. Defeat malak. Escape the star forges destruction. Get brought to some ceremony. Get some sweet medals.? (light side ending has been pronounced the canon ending is it not?)

Well anyway besides the kotor 1 story.

Obsidian is great, I liked kotor 2... Even though alot was left out, I think it was a decent game to play. I've been able to play it over and over again. And it's amusing everytime for me. (Notice everytime you beat kotor 2 you want kotor 3 even more?) Well i've beaten kotor 2 a hell of a lotta times so I would kick someone in for kotor 3!!!

lol, that is one way of looking at it... but man, i wanna have more of a mix between Jade Empire and KOTOR 1 than anything... maybe something like Mass Effect mixed in... but one thing i would kill myself over is if you were transported to a Hospital or sum stuff cuz u got killed or if u had to eat and keep urself in shape (like the Sims) i would friggin kill myself if i had to play a game like that just to figure out the cliffhangers of KOTOR 2 and 1

How many places u gotta go to b4 Master? I forget and my guy is kinda sucking at lvl 1 and I need to rely on Kreia which i don't want to do. 🙁

So far I got to the Sky Ramp with a lvl 1 character. (went to Korriban (didn't do the cave) and Onderon so far.)

And did anyone notice how much Visas sucks at life? My lvl 1 guy was better than her starting lvl 6. ❌

And one more thing...do you need to be light male to make handmaiden a jedi? Because I'm dark and she got all pissy and I she's all like "fine stay with Visas because I'm a little f*ck"

I just got to Kavar and I am dieing miserably. It's so hard when he does freakin 1 hit kills while I'm f*cking stunned. I might just hafta lvl up for this but I really dont want to. Right now I can even get to lvl 18 and get force storm. But I'm only lvl 1 and I wish Kreia would just teach me and get it over with.

Umm....you do realise you have to be like level 16(?) to actually choose a class like Jedi Master/Sith Lord, Sith Marauder, Assassins, etc. right? So, if what your going for is to be a Sith Lord or whatever and level up 18 times and learn everything, then that won't happen. But that is awesome that you were able to get to Kavar on Level 1! I doubt I could do that...I like levelling up 😉

I am so mad at Obsidian right now i want to spit. Why the hell would they do that to me?

oh well. I guess my guy is just gonna get jacked and beat the sh*t outta him. So much for lvl 25 marauder. hate them. Now I really just want Bioware to do Kotor 3...

dude settle down, its really your fault for not reading up on this before you started this man... and plus there really isnt any other way to do it but through levels. I guess you were thinking you could do it like KOTOR 1, but then again Taris to Dantooine was an automatic thing, so it makes sense. Really in KOTOR 2, there is no way to make an Uber Jedi, and even if you did, you still get pretty much no special stuff for the prestige classes

yeah i understand but still...how awesome would that have been? It would have been like probably one of the first times som1s done that...

And, after working through all this garbage without lvling was so hard. I only managed to beat the battle circle by walking them out. But I still beat it.

Jesus. I could have been owning these guys so long ago. Arg. I don't even really want to take out my anger on Kavar. Oh well. I'l go to Nar Shaddaa and take it out on that master.

But I have another question. What is up with handmaiden. Like I said before, she is being a real pain and wont just turn into a dark jedi for me. Is it because I'm dark or because I lost too much influence?

and another thing... (apparently my 15 mins to edit was up even tho I didnt think so) you didnt answer my other question. How long do I have b4 I get Master.

And do I need to get all the jedi to Dantooine in order to get force crush because I just killed kavar and I kind of want that power. I think I should have refreshed my memory before actually replaying this game.

For handmaiden to become any type of jedi/sith, when you first talk to her on the Ebon Hawk right after Telos, you have to tell her the correct version of what the force feels like, and not be rude and shut her down. After that, you must own her in 3 matches against her.

Yeah, after you get all the jedi to dantooine (or kill them all if your a Sith 😈 ) you get the Force Crush ability (best damn force power ever!).

lol and DONT forget, the correct path to go isnt dark or light, but whatever makes you strongest... such as getting LS points for turning handmaiden to a jedi then using her to do darkside dirty work is the "correct" way to be evil. I learned that from Revan and Kreia (they are so much alike in philosophy... besides Kreia being an evil *****)

OH SNAP!!! I GOTS AN IDEA!!!!!!!!!!! What if KOTOR 3 was split into Chapters, or sections, where you play as the Exile in one, and Revan in the other... and finally meet eachother..... wait... but Revan couldnt find the Exile as the Exile "is a black hole" of force and Revan is the opposite, so i could see Revan kicking the Exiles ass over that... but i still think the chapter idea is a good one
