my elbow for some reason got smacked against my door, at first it didnt' hurt but when I did it hurt. it was smacked right where the triceps and the elbow meet right in the middle. thats bad because when you bend it when you are working out with a dumbbell, then it might not move at.

it really wasn't the elbow that was hurting, but the tendon under it when it flexes.
