my elbow for some reason got smacked against my door, at first it didnt' hurt but when I did it hurt. it was smacked right where the triceps and the elbow meet right in the middle. thats bad because when you bend it when you are working out with a dumbbell, then it might not move at.
I have seen worse in football before, one game in last year of football, one of my lineman came out of the game and his finger was twisted all the way around and kept showing it to everyone and he kept on crying and stuff and I started backing away, hopefully it wouldn't throw it in my face. he must have put it in the opponents helmet and it must have twisted it.

the worst injury an athlete can have is a torn ACL which is in the knee. this would mean a death sentence for any player. that injury may not ever heal. most players never make it once that happens. dislocated shoulder are bad also and I went to a football game one time and one player had his dislocated and they popped it back in and he went back in and played, I saw it and three people were pulling his arm back and forth.
