there is no way the animal kingdom as we know it, excluding ourselves, could overtake mankind. Here is the reason why animals could never overtake humanity. Animals do not need us to survive, we need them to survive. We also wouldnt think twice about eradicating the entire animal kingdom if it meant victory. Victors always get the pride. Pride and greed are two of the most powerful characteristics we have.

if animals were as smart as people then it would turn into something similar to planet of the apes except it would be more like planet of the evreything-else-except-humans. Since, if all the anilmals could think, they would hate us, so then they would band together and wipe us out, then they would eventually become like the world is today, except that the differernt species would be like the different countries. That would be kinda awesome....... *shifty eyes* kinda.

Just because an animal is as smart as a human doesnt mean they can hold guns or drive tanks. One tank and one bomber could destroy every animal on a single continent. Also, just because animals would be as smart as humans doesnt mean they would have the same characteristics. Humans are probably the most ruthless species on the planet. In a fight it usually comes down to who wants it more, humans want it more, and they have guns, tanks,nukes,diseases, poisens, dog collars, bio chemicals, and an ass more of deadly shit that goes boom. I could serisouly see humans poisening the worlds water supply before they would let thereselves be wiped out. Which it would never come to that.

This is very vague, what so animals just got started to be as intelligent as humans? And then they all banded together and attacked? Well maybe, but if every animal on earth developed a society of their own and banded against humans, humans would be mince, dead, crushed and annihilated from the face of the earth, even if insects alone started a society and decided to wipe out mankind it would be a complete success.
Lets face it, humans are weak, weak as shit, the only thing we have going for us is having a good amount of long distance running and apposeable thumbs (which every other ape has) and how de we not know that they will create specialised weapons for eachother? Some species would be specialised as spies and others infantry, airforce, support, medical attention etc etc etc. and dont forget that there is over 1 quadrillion animals on this planet so we are vastly outnumbered, they would develop weapons, artillery and just overwhelm us with sheer force and numbers.

Humans are weaklings without weapons, and intelligent animals with rifles are even more powerful then before.

Im surprised by the amount of people who are a bit too arrogant and stupid to not realise that we are so ****ed, ****ed to andromeda and back.

I guess we would first need to establish the reason & motive that the animal kingdom would want to take over the world..?

If it was to enslave humanity,maybe revenge for all the slaughter & atrocities we've done to them over history...then humanity would have a chance to fight back & survive.

But if it was to wipe us out totally from the face of the planet then diseased animals like bird flu, mad cow, rabies,swine fever,anthrax,botulism,bat lyssavirus could easily spread worldwide would be a worse case scenario of the animals sacrificing themselves to win the war.

Humans would eradicate them in question of days.

They'd become as bad as us, and then the world would really be phucked.

Then a human came along with more magic then the Bird.

Civilly: I think if animals became as smart as us. We'd have massive lawsuit on our hands. -> cows and chickens.

War: we could tie or die. We'd lose most of our nourishment so we wouldn't be as strong. Nah, we'd die. If not lose over 60% of human population.

Insects kill us and we never get to notice it before the feat is done. They stop polinizing our crops and bring chaos and inegality among continents, human on human wars are abound, insects start to develop biological weaponry (bacteria inocuous to them but lethal to us) by scavenging our corpses. Then they strike our water systems and our population drops to nothingness before we even get to move.

If bacteria also become intelligent then the enemy is in our bodies and we are already phucked.

Then they charge the world
