That would be none.

I thought by out he meant up and that is wrong.

It says the kings came with 3 presents, people just assume a present for each, but there could have 1 or 100 that forgot to bring presents so there is no answer. 😉

I thought there was no mention of kings.

An oldie, and not very difficult but hey!

Five men are standing in a circle. They know they are wearing at least 2 white hats and at least 2 black hats. They do not know what color hat they are wearing. If the men use logic, how many of them will figure out what color their hat is, if nobody says anything?

They look up to see what colour their hat is?

So, five?

No no no, they can't look at their own hats, only at the others.

He places his hat on the other guy next to him and takes his, now it is his hat and his old one is the other guys so there for he can now look at it so five.

Aarg!!! They aren't allowed to change hats, look at their own hats, talk about hats or anything.
They may only look at the hats of the others. And by that, how many will find out what color their own hat is?

It's a very open ended question so that allows thinking outside of the box type stuff.

Now that I think my answer again it is two, the two that only have the 2 color hats.
