What is the most expensive spice?

Ceterum censeo OTF esse delendam.

Well I know that some people put gold or ground pearls on their food but I don't think that counts as a spice but I would say maybe Saffron?

I think Saffron is right..

Did you know that the 2nd most expensive is Vanilla.

Did you know that if a certain volcano on the spanish island La Palma breaks out, it would create a faultline that brings one half of that very island down..it literally slips into the sea...and as a result it would produce a tidal wave so huge that it would hit the east coast of the U.S. in just 6 hours and drown cities like NYC or Miami in an instant...

I did not know! But got curious after your post and peeked around.
The event you discribe is an absolute worst case scenario. It is possible that the island will break in half, but since previous vulcanic eruptions and underwater lava-flows have ruptured the rock base of the island, the island will most likely crumble apart instead of sliding in to the ocean as a whole. This will most likely create a relatively small wave that won't cause serious damage to other coasts. But hey, worst case scenario's can still happen.

Next up, how was Rasputin killed (and for bonuspoints, why)?

I know he was murdered. Stabbed I think in the gut... wasn't a prostitute who killed him ?

I don't know why though.

I thought he was the one that took 3 assassinations to kill him.

He was poisoned first, he survived. Then they did something else, he survived. Then they finally drowned him.

Or was that someone else?

No.. you are right.. I heard he was stabbed before but he did survive.. then loads of other stuff happened to him.. (I have just been reading about it really.. quite amazing how he survived for so long)
