nope Flemming rediscovered it..

a guy before him (cant remember his name). was quite sick he watched boys who rode horses. and he noticed that when they got cuts from the saddle on there thigh they would rub the mold into it. so he took it to a guy to pattent it the guy didnt even bother with it so he kept trying but no own would listen to him. he died and then a number of years later Flemming discovered it.

so Flemming rediscovered it.
