Right on the fruit thing, wrong on the type of 'fruit'. There is a legend concerning cola, it holds the clue and facts

Fruit isn't what you think in this case. Here are the facts:
The original receipt of coca-cola included a small amount of fluid from the coca plant, in other words; it contained real cocaine at first!
The classic glass bottle's shape was inspired by the ribbed sphere below the coca's flower.

ahh right. i knew the cocaine thing.

a story i heard was that all bottles at the time was the same shape and the labels kept coming off so no one knew which bottle was which. so the people at coca cola decided to make theirs a different shape. so one day somewhere in America obviously in a coca cola factory the factory's power went down or something so the manager told one of the employers to go to a library and sketch the picture of a coca plant and that of a Kola nut which are two of the main ingredients as u probably know. well the employer messed up and sketched the picture of a cacao seed/pod and that is what they used.

thats where i got Cacao seed from anyway. obviously someone lied to me lol
