cause theres not a sonic boom everytime he does.... so hes not swinging it at the speed of sound... vash dodges machine gun fire at that speed... He will most likely dodge his sword with ease....

I can agree with that.

Surely when Dante is in Devil Trigger or his Normal form, he surely can swing his sword really fast.

yes he can swing his sword fast... but not faster then a bullet, which vash dodges like nothing...

Hmmmm...... I wonder how Good Vash is with a Sword?
