It's the long awaited return of the incredible 'IT'S EDNA'S BIRTHDAY!' thread!
Oddly enough, it has been a year since the last one... when I posted this- FULL in the knowledge that Edna was very shy and didn't want a fuss made:

And sadly we were rewarded with some singing by Dim. But in any case, Edna was happy about it in the end.
Well, now she is 19, and BOY, have things changed! She's no longer the girl she was but then I guess we've all changed.
So it is certainly time for everyone to wish her a happy birthday again! University commitments have kept her from being around here as much as she likes, but she still loves this place, and all of you, and we all love her, so let her know!
As some of you may have gathered and/or known, things haven't been 100% rosy between us two this last month or so... for reasons that would take far too long to explain even if I had the vaguest idea what the problem was...
But sod all that; I'm watching American Beauty again and that always puts me in a good mood, for many reasons. I'd just like to state that Eleanor (or Princess, as I call her... which I seem to remember threatening to reveal ages ago but never did so) is the lovliest woman on the planet, who took time to get me out of a VERY bad situation when she had no reason to stick her neck out to do so, and was insane enough to come down and meet me even though I could have been some crazy axe murderer (biut then so could she...), and since then has made my life into something worth living. I love you lots, my dear, more than anything else in the world, and I am sorry for anything that I have ever done, recently or otherwise, to upset you, and I guess I'll wait until you are ready to talk to me again...
Of course, I have no doubt that Edna will spend much of tomorrow completely drunk with all her uni friends, so quite when she will read this I don't know, but there had better be many many happy messages here by the time she does so!
And NO singing, Dim!
