it's very simple Magneto can end this fight in few minutes just my doing E.M and talking Supes powers away.

Fine..I'll play your game. Supes picks up mags with his shield and flies him towards the sun. Even if mags can take a miniscule amount of energy, Supes will be getting stronger and stronger the closer he gets to the sun.
