Sure, Mags does...its not like it helped Darkseid when Supes did that to him...and I think Darkseid is just a bit higher than Mags in the power scale. This would also makes supes exponentially stronger as he flies towards the sun.
I stated other ways for supes to win. This is a guy who didnt even flinch at "level 12" disintegration beams that left a crater all around him. I dont think Mags powers go to the level of disintegration.
P.S. This month Supes started to fly WW to the sun. Im guessing he likes that strategy.

He got his with disintegreation beams, and all of a sudden, he'll be depowered within a couple of seconds by a mutant...😆
Mags is dead. Simple as that. Try and absorb all you want, but for one supes is way too fast. Like he's just going to stand there.
Mags will be ash in seconds...or frozen.

Things aren't always so one dimensional. There are strengths and weaknesses. Superman's biofield protects him against the omegabeams but doesn't seem to do anything for energy draining.
Then why ignore the point that mags shield allows heat, air, and light to pass though meaning he can be ashed or frozen?
That supes has picked up characters with shields as strong or stronger that Mags. Ex GL's.
Tolos magically tried to drain supes and was having a hard time. I dont think Mags has a chance.
