"Windtalkers" was silly, IMO, and honestly, not really a war film. It's along the same lines of "Black Hawk Down". Couple of marines are dropped in to protect Navajo troops once they take their smoke signal gimmick, and the rest of the movie is a pissed off, drunk Nic Cage. I love the guy, but this is John Woo's worst. I liked "Paycheck" better than this, even.

And I think that a war movie shouldn't all be guns firing, apparently that's what you people like, I think it should have a higher plot, windtalkers did have one, other than simply ppl killing each other

Depends on what you use to determine a war movie. if you mean armies battling then BHD ain't a war movie it's like a 100 americans VS 2000 or something somalies
