Patrocolus was just mere feet away from where Drake was when a soldier ran forward telling him of 'Spade's plans. "What the hell?" he storms. "Without an ancient?"
The sholdiers nods noticing the ancients eyes go from a deep blue to an almost clear blue. That meant his mood was dangerous.
"Does this arrogance and rash acting run so deep?" he thundered. "Tell Raiziel I wish to speak with him."
The soldier bolts scared. The last time he'd seen that look. . .just the mere thought sent his body into a trembling mess.
Leo hummed cheerfully as she turned the next corner, not expecting to find anything out of the norm. It was, after all, nothing but a wild goose chase. The prisoner was probably back in the safety of the Inferi mansion, telling his little tale to his superiors. But she had a role to play, and if she needed to play a vigilant guard on careful watch, so be it.
Anything's better than-
A second alarm went off, this denoting the end of guard duty. The Commander must have thought the 'threat' has passed or there was no longer any point in searching for the enemy. Because he wasn't here to bloody begin with... She scowled at the thought, knowing she had wasted time. But it was her afterthought that made her went to a blow a hole through the earth.
With soldiers no longer needed to secure the perimeters, Leo had no good excuse to not go to the ball. As the other soldiers chattered and went about their business, Leo sulked, hanging her head low to the ground. Her true green eye gave off a hint of malice and melancholy, she none to pleased with the circumstances. “****ing hell…”
Cocking the Uzi just to have a small feeling of being able to make her own choices, Leo dragged her booted feet back to her dormitory, throwing her trench coat to the bed. She’d hang it up after the tiresome affair. Grumbling miserably, in replacement for her all black attire, she changed into a dangerously short bronze strapless dress, the bottom composed of ruffles. She settled for a necklace that doubled as strangulation cord to finish off the outfit.
Exiting her room, Leo walked molasses slow to the ball room, just managing to hear the voice of the Commander announcing the restart of the ball. He finished off abruptly, walking out into the hall. Catching his arm before he could run off, Leo half pulled, half walked him back into the ballroom.
“Leaving so soon…? The night is hardly over, Commander,” He looked down to her in shock at her audacity. Leo ignored his stare, catching a champagne glass filled to the brim with blood. Throwing a perfected fake smile in the direction of several others, she whispered beneath her breath. “After you let that soldier to the Inferi loose this girl could only wonder what message you sent him with. He must hold some importance if he is still alive.”
Damien’s brow shot up at her last statement, he forcing a smile as he declined a glass of blood. He grumbled from the side of his lips as Leo led him to the dance floor. “You know far too much for your own good…”
“Leo,” filled in Leo, placing her now empty glass of blood on a passing tray. “That’s what my friend calls me. Friend because I’m a wee bit too b*tchy and erratic for more than one person to put up with.” She laughed, green eyes glowing dangerously. “And as for your comment, I know enough for my own good, thank you very much.”
Standing tall behind her, to her surprise, he twisted her arms behind her back, speaking calmly into her ear. “There is a saying that suits you well. It’s good to be smart…” She winced, he digging threatening nails into her wrists. “But never be a smartass.” In a simple maneuver, he spun her away. “Goodnight Leo.”
Disorientated from the sudden move, Leo barely managed to recover into a mock ballet dancer position. Shaking her head to clear her vision, she saw Commander Gray had already made it to the ballroom doors, taking his leave for the evening. A rendezvous perhaps? It mattered not to Leo, she forming a mock curtsy as she muttered, “Thank you for the dance, Commander…” She raised her head, a sparkle going off in her eye.
Feeling an elbow to her side, Genesis craned her head to make sure the Commander was no longer in sight. “You’re gonna dance for the rest of the evening?”
Leo looked aghast. “Hell no!” Digging into her strapless bra, she took out a pair of keys, winking deviously. “Let’s get the **** outta here.”

The soldiers didn't have to even look for Raiziel, he was already marching blankly up the rooms to Potroculus. "That foolish Spade! It could be trap!! She could get herself killed!" he protested as he walked. It seems the other ancient was as mad as well.
Patrocolus followed Raiziel seething. "I'm going after her." he said. His eyes bore into Raisiels. "That is of course if it's okay with you."
"We're going together and you know it." said Raiziel before putting on his long red coat again. He took out his silver handguns, spinned them in his hands, before checking that they were loaded and put them back into their holsters. He safely strapped his shead onto his back, and sheaded his sword there.
Raiziel looked at Vathu and then Patrocolus "Its Spade's bodyguard" explained Raiziel to Patrocolus. "You shall remain where you are Vathu. This may be too dangerous, and we don't want any casualties. We're not even bringing our own bodyguards. But stay intact and contact us if something happens." said Raiziel.
