If you bomb something, and it leaves stuff that has very low melting point intact (Plastic, PANTS), and it doesn't give off radiation, it's NOT an nuke. Face it.

It might have been an chemical bomb. A bomb that sets off certain amount of poisonous material over some area. It might have been an dirty bomb, a bomb that emits radioactivity through explosive force. There are LOTS of different bombs that kill things from a area. Since Wolverine's healing factor protects him from poison and radiation, it's entirely plausible. But it was not a nuke. There was not signs of any kind of heat at that area.

art is at least half of what makes comics comics. it's half of the story, and art is canon. there is no glaringly obvious artistic error there, unless you're going on the unproven ASSUMPTION that it was a nuke. considering the term "nuke it" has been thrown around both in the comics (a faux-swear word from bishop's future, akin to the F word,) and in the military (it means hit it with bombs/heavy artillery,) there's no proof you can present that it was a nuke. there is proof that it's not. thus, it wasn't a nuke.
also, exploding a heart is far different from removing the heart entirely. i believe i made an argument akin to this pages upon pages ago. matter cannot be created or destroyed, just changed. wolverine can change "matter" within his body in order to heal, such as moving nutrients and tissue samples from one area to the next to regenerate from wounds. he could reassemble a heart turned to slush within his powers. that's something i've never argued against. if his heart had been ripped out, it would've been more impressive for him to effectively "heal" from it, as he'd have a heart's worth less mass throughout the rest of his body. the same principle applies to "regenerating an arm," which cannot be done without severe atrophy throughout the rest of the body. unless you redefine the very basis of wolverine's powers... we've been through this again and again...
also, i've never met a telekinetic. i've heard of telekinetics far less than i've heard of psychics though, so i'll assume miss cleo's a fine example of a human with "psionic" powers. IT'S BULLSHIT! telekinesis is a myth believed capable through meditative ascention or by "unlocking" the rest of the human brain/mind. jean is telekinetic, which may or may not derive from an "enhanced" human ability, thus confirming (or not) that myth within the 616 universe. the definition of jean's powers has absolutely no standing on the definition of wolverine's ANYWAY. so... what was your point?
