wolverine could only hurt supes if supes sat there and let him
I could jump into the W8888 posts you used to make (and the rather hilarious comments you are making now where you claim, again, that that was your 'lil bro'😉 but I'm tired and have a big day tomorrow.
The important thing in the post you made is where you said that you 'can't really think of a forcefield that has been able to stop Wolverine's claws.'
Now, that is a rather interesting assertion from a person who claims that he knows a whole lot about the Clawed One (TM).
In the past I've seen arguments where you claimed (as W8888) to know more about Wolverine than 'anyone' (or was that your 'younger bro' as well), yet here you are claiming that Wolverine's claws can overwhelm forcefields.
While Wolverine's claws are known to be able to cut through ALMOST anything, there are some things that can be able to defeat them.
Obviously same level quality of adamantium would be an effective buffer for them.
BUT SO ARE FORCEFIELDS, and this has been shown SEVERAL times.
For instance when Wolverine was hacking and slashing at Stryfe to no avail, and Stryfe told him that his claws have no effect on forcefields.
(BTW: This was when the X-men assaulted a hideout that Stryfe was using to try to take over the codes that would initiate protocols to 'switch on' Omega Sentinels, and the X-men had to go in and stop that otherwise they would be swarmed with Omegas. The X-men were Rogue, Colossus, Pyslocke, and obviously Wolverine. I might have left out some X-men. Lady Deathstrike was also helping them out).
What do you think Superman's bio-field is?
An extremely powerful forcefield. Exceedingly powerful.
Wolvie can hack and slash and huff and puff and his shiny ginsu knives will do nada.
For the self-proclaimed Wolverine expert you claim to be, I would have expected you to know Wolverine's inefficacy against forcefields. Or am I noticing a case of selective amnesia, where you can remember the weirdest pro-Wolverine 'facts' (whether they are actual, inferred, or imagined) when it comes to something that can help out Wolverine in an argument, but 'conveniently' forget some of Wolvie's most obvious short comings.
Apparently your knowledge is far from infallible .....oh, or maybe this is your 'lil brother' posting.
Right?
Anyways, Wolverine has ZERO chance of harming Superman. Even if Superman just stood there doing nothing.
His adamantium claws may be sharper than sharp, but they wouldn't even contact Superman's skin.
