I don't think Cage is a mutant... clarification enough? 😄
Hell's Kitchen seems like a sort of "sapien ghetto" in which the underworld is controlled by Luke Cage... don't know if he has powers but I don't think he's part of the mutant ruling class.Hopefully Dazzler dies of her terminal illness. 😈
Lol 'zactly. Stupid Alison. Her show looks annoying...I wonder what happened to Ellen DeGeneres.
So, The Falcon is a human cop working in the human slums? Or a mutant cop? The Cage-Wilson scene in Ish 2 was very confusing to me.

What has happened to the avengers or FF in house of M?
All of the Avengers are basically spread out, living their own lives. Since most Avengers weren't mutants, a handful of them are living normal, pathetic human lives. Pym is a scientist, Warbird is the most famous superhero, Cap is an old man who never was frozen in WWII, the Sentry is a bit crazy, Spidey is a wrestler amongst other things, I didn't read his HoM issues, Logan remembers everything the way it SHOULD be, and Spider-Woman is working for S.H.I.E.L.D.

SPOILERS
Reed and Sue Richards are dead. Johnny Storm is a player in an "extreme sport" called "Sapien Death Match". I don't know about Ben Grimm yet.
I don't know whether you're referring to the current Avengers or all past and present of them so...
Tony Stark is still very wealthy and runs Stark industry but is under the thumb of his father. He also participates in "Sapien Death Match" and he's been secretly designing special armour.
Henry Pym is still a noted scientist but apparently has no superhuman abilities. He works for Stark Industries.
Captain America is an elderly war veteran.
Wonder Man/Simon Williams is a TV star. He and Carol Danvers/Ms Marvel are a celebrity item. Carol although not a mutant is still a the "most popular superhero in America". I don't think they actually use codenames though in House of M.
Sam Wilson/Falcon is a detective.
Luke Cage appears to control Hell's Kitchen, as well as a Human Resistance Movement.
Janet van Dyne is a fashion designer.
She-Hulk is a lawyer.
Namor and T'Challa are both world rulers.
Jessica Drew is part of SHIELDs Red Guard.
Hawkeye is alive.
Spiderman is rich, powerful and famous. He's pretending to be a mutant from what I can tell.
I think that's pretty much it.
Edit: Oh yeh Sentry's a bit nuts.

What bout people like Daredevil? Deadpool? what has happened to them?
Daredevil is a lawyer and he's going out with She-Hulk, whom he met at the courthouse or something like that, it was in a newspaper in the comic.
