I am leaning towards BB myself as well Beyonder. I read both stats and Nef do have some weaknesses in powers and character. He is known for his constant vaunting and narcissism. BB is among the highest caliber of leaders. He is highly durable and not easily hurt physically. Most of Nef's power's would not affect BB in this fight, therefore he would have to rely on other tactics. BB's scream at full strength has never been seen in action.Thing himself has tried but got his ass handed to him by BB. I don't know it's not as cut and dry in my opinion anyway.

Nefaria is in another league entirely compared to the Thing..... think Superman x 5...... on steroids..... but kinda evil uh huh........BB can't hurt him but Nefaria could punch BB's head clean off

100 times the powers of Powerman (who is class 100), Whirlwind and Living Laser. One huge disadvantage that BB would prbably remove is dependnece on draining ionic beings energy (BB can muck around with ions)

i'm basing it on the fact that he took full strength hits from Mjolnir without being so much as moved .... let alone hurt
you'd have to amplify Thor's attack by a lot just to get a reaction out of the guy.... BB's scream is said to be as powerful as a nuke....

i haven't read all his appearances but that sounds doubtful
maybe because he used to lose power quickly..... especially if he expended a lot of energy in a fight..... he doesn't do that so much anymore
and the 100 times thing is from online bio's that i've come across..... i didn't just pull a figure out of thin air
