I'd ring them to find out whats up thats the magic of mobile phones 😄. If they dont answer I try a copuple more times, wait maybe half ann hour depending where I am, then I'll proll go home or do something by myself.

why do you all insist on doing somthing by yourself after being stood up? id be fuming

I already ended up waiting for friends about one hour. For a date I would wait like 10 minutes. Same goes for a business appointment.

In general I hate people not meeting appointments in time.

God created a thing called cellphone. If you’re late you can always just give a ring. That’s polite instead of wasting other peoples time.

i totally agree !

not only is it time wasting but its also really annoying

i was once waiting for a friend for about an hour.
coz her bus got broken, and she didn't have the cellphone...
as soon as she get to place she found the phone and called me.

whats the longest you've left someone waiting?

an hour..coz i thought we were meeting at 6 and we were meeting at 5..but they didn't wait.

If someone would stand in front of me – one hour late – and then gimme a phone call I’d probably brake his/ or her nose. Right away. *eg*

I would phone them and if they do not answear I would leave go home wait a while and call them and see why they did not met you when they should had.JM

I usally wait 15 more minutes (depending on the weather and my location) before finally giving up and dragging my carcus back home....

id prolly wait 15 to 20 mins. then give em a ring.... i usually hold things inside so they prolly wouldnt know i was mad or not.
