That's the problem. Her powers don't have any seemable full potential. We can only gauge her powers by her acts. She herself doesn't know the full extent of her powers. But if she can defeat the Shadow, demon gods, Neron, and revive whole cities she's pretty damn powerful.

Blame DC logic. They should have set specifications on her character and power levels. They never did. Never do when it comes to magic.

I have already. Shadow, city, Neron, demon gods, ring a bell? Sersi would never be able to accomplish such feats.
