Circe and Sersi are the same person, they're from different universes, and have different powers. Sersi turned Odysseus's men into pigs using matter manipulation instead of magic.

Sersi could turn Zatanna into a pig, or anything else, simply by willing it.

Not if she's a brick, or a lamp, or something else without a brain, much less a mouth. She isn't a shapeshifter.

When was the last time you saw a brick with a brain? She wouldn't "shapeshift" her, making her look like a brick. She would rearrange her atoms, turning her into an actual brick, with no brain. Zatanna loses.
