what you all forgot is that cyber has a healing factor also. Cyber strength is in the 15 ton range, he is stronger than spiderman and imagine getting punched in the face with an adamantium fist that has the power of 15 ton, its going to hurt. Cyber has been shot at plenty of times and he laughed it off. Wolverine has clawed him in the face and he healed and laughed like usual. Spiderman is a great character, no lye, but i own his comic and comics with cyber in it and spiderman isnt beating this guy. Quickfreeze i wasnt putting spiderman down, i was just saying that 90% of his enemies are humans, who isnt experienced, thats why spiderman does so great when he fights them. Cyber dont have a weakness, except himself, hes not losing. Slade, he is all right, but i can actually see spiderman taking him out, the guy get slapped around by nightwing, and batman on regular occasions, hes nothing special but punisher with 90% brain capacity. I dont even think hes on deadpool level yet. The fact of the matter is that cyber has poison in his claws, he will land a lick on spiderman and slade and they will be affected by the poison, end of fight. There best hope is 2 double team him. Cyber has to many advantages at his disposal to lose.

ummm om spiderman's strength vs. cyber's really doesn't matter here......cyber is up to the 10 ton mark........we all saw how well mrs. marvel's strength faired against sabretooths power and ability.....Cyber's like 3 times stronger than that sabretooth with an adamantium epidermis.......he's fast enough to dodge gun fire since sabretooth can, and they both have the same levels of speed.......except he just plain doesn't need to really....yeah he COULD get hit in the face with a bullet...but it will be hard to pull off in a three way IMO.
deathstroke ususally has on him a shotgun, an automatic rifle, muliple grenades, a sword, a staff (he's scary with this thing...) and gas/smoke grenades. His advanced reflexes are no only fast enough to enable him to dodge bullet fire but his ability to see things before they happen pretty much make it a sure bet.....
cyber is the only that has to attack from afar. that's a huge disadvantage. and healing doesnt matter much whe you're being suffacted, like pig said, with a gas bomb. cyber is also signifigantly slower than the other 2.
spider-man is careless and sloppy. no doubt about it. that's what makes him interesting. spider-man is the one with all the power but still looses, normally its the exact opposite in comics but thats what makes him so popular. however spidey often fight foes that he cant let touch him, like electro, and he does a pretty good job of taking them out regardless.
ds vs spidey is still hard for me. i know it's easy to prove ds wins, but i just dont see it happening. i know spidey cant do shit to ds, but i think spider-man is just too fast to be taken down by someone like him. . .
cyber has dealt with all kinds of threats and has won majority all of them. He has never been taken down by physical force. Slade does get his carse handed to him by batman in a physical brawl. IF U KNOW CYBER AND HAVE ACTUALLY READ SOME OF HIS COMICS then you would know that he is winning this battle. and u would also know that spiderman is the weakest link in this fight.

Slade also has gas and energy weapons. Don't get excited man, I like Cyber and usually pick up anything with him in it (although I can't now cause he's dead, wait is he still dead?) But you're right about Spidey being the weakest link, still I put it at Slade45/Cyber35/Spidey20.
If the gas trick work on everybody, why dont spiderman use it in his fights because characters can avoid them, do u think energy weapons work on anybody no, if it did cyclops would be the most powerful metahuman on the planet. cyber has the capabilities of dodging whatever slade brings to the table and bringing this to a close range battle, which slade would lose.
