Even Spider-Man can match Cyber's level of physical strength; if there's a reason why Cyber's actual ability to physically move or exert force is higher, it's the adamantium helping him out (which is often the case with Wolverine. If Logan, and by default Cyber, were to lock their elbow, for instance, no one would be able to force it). The argument has been made that Cyber was able to go toe-to-toe with Strong Guy, but let's not forget Guido's strength level is entirely variable; he has to absorb a certain amount of energy in order to reach a certain level of strength. The guy's even gone toe-to-toe with the Hulk and you're not telling me Cyber can out-muscle him.
Slade's reflexes are either on par or even above Spider-Man's. Spider-Man reacts about 15 times faster than an ordinary human being, but I've seen Deathstroke's reflexes described as instantaneous. Slade has stabbed either incarnation of the Flash while being "speed-blitzed" and shot Impulse while he was approaching lightspeed. Neither Spidey nor Cyber has any speed advantage here when it comes to evasion.
On healing factors? Slade's is at least on par with Cyber's. Cyber's eye was gouged out by Wolverine and it didn't regenerate while Slade's eye was shot out and it also did not regenerate. The evidence points out that Cyber's healing factor isn't any more potent than Slade's.
Cyber's poison-tipped claws won't do much good other than slashing Deathstroke to ribbons. Sure, the stuff is capable of harming Wolverine, but Logan's defense against poison is his healing factor, not a specific resistance or immunity against them. When a poison or otherwise toxic agent enters Logan's body, he's effectively healing from its effects immediately. If a poison is strong enough (this is a poison supposedly capable of killing a normal human almost immediately), Logan can be overwhelmed, his healing factor unable to catch up right away. Slade has a specific immunity to poisons and though I can't say for sure he would be left unharmed by Cyber's poison, it's a good bet he very well could be.
Cyber's the better hand to hand fighter because he beat Wolverine and this makes him automatically the best ever? Sorry to say, I don't care if Logan is the best hand-to-hand fighter of the Marvel Universe (and I doubt he is), he isn't going to beat Slade unless he can tag him with his claws, which can be deflected or dodged -- Logan isn't superhumanly fast and Slade's reflexes are far superior to his and Cyber's.
Of course, Slade won't fight Cyber in a fist fight. Like everyone before has said, he isn't stupid. Far from it. So we're left with a man whose body cannot be harmed by weaponry; Deathstroke cannot shoot, stab, or blow him up. But his face and parts of his head are vulnerable and Slade is the best there is at working around someone's powers and exploiting their weaknesses. There're plenty of ways for Slade to still kill Cyber, and because he is an assassin, there is no "killer instinct" advantage for Silas Burr. Gas is something he cannot avoid. A shot to the head could be evaded, but it's even very possible for Slade to get in close with a knife or his sword and stab the guy in the face. Since Deathstroke has shrugged off hits from Wonder Woman, I'm sure he can take a shot or two from Cyber if need be. Or if we want to get nasty, shove a grenade down his throat. Trust me, that'll work. Or the staff and its microwave projection. It's very possible Slade can get a shot at Cyber's face and disorient him at the very least. Then it's easy pickings.
Cyber's only advantages against Slade is his strength and adamantium skin. Deathstroke has fought people stronger than him and he's far too able to be trumped by a man who is only semi-invulnerable.
As for Spider-Man, well, Slade's reflexes are superior, he can predict Spidey's movements, he's smarter than Peter, and he's stabbed/shot people far faster than he.
And all of this is if Deathstroke has no prep time. If he does, then the fight is over in two pages of a comic book. 😉

great post wanderer...the only things that I think of that you may be off about however is cyber's face being as fragile as any other humans....like I said....he took the full force of havok and was just walking forward into the nova and laughing telling havok he was going to kill him when he got to the guy.....cyber also got hit full on by a speeding train and got up fine.......I agree with you overall however....I think you made a lot of really great points....well done...
