I'm just going by what his writer said.
He blatently said his reflexes and reaction speed is why he can keep up with Flash for the first 2-3 seconds.
"He's not a speedster like the Flash, but he's faster where it counts."
"No one's ever tested Slades speed before, but for the first few seconds, he can hang." -When asked about Slades speed compaired to Flash.
A few other quotes that I can't remember the exact wording, but he definatly insinuates that it's not all about calculations.
Seriously, his reflexes are considered instantanious.
Also psycho-chemicals from the serum have allowed him to access the 90% of the human brain that is untapped. This has increased his intelligence vastly and expanded his range of senses.
Those senses are 6th senses, i.e pre-cog(which helps when dealing with Flash).
But slade has a degree of superhuman speed am I not correct.
Reflexes for Spiderman and Slade are benefits, but spidey's are lesser.
Webbing would probably be useless, unless its planned well.
Spiderman's movements are harder to predict, in top notch he is shown to go up to 40 times faster than a human when facing the hulk.
He of course is stronger, but this relies on predictability, since both have great reflexes.
Lets just argue this on the other thread since noone cares about Cyber.................
Superhuman speed, as in running real fast? Kinda, his whole being was maginfied at least 10x normal human, so he's at least 10x faster runner than a normal human.
The only time I remember him running was when he ran 30feet in 2 seconds when his son was about to get his throat slit.
Spidey being 40x human is suspect, though.

assumed..spiderman's never been documented as anything faster than 15x human speed...and even then it's 15x from what his srawny lil body was...not 15x peak....considering that ds is above peak human levels and ranging into the superhuman charts..spiderman's speed is a non factor here....
and cordera...it's not that no body cares about cyber it's just pretty cut and dry how he functions in this fight...deathstroke is the only one here who can take cyber down..and most likely will end of story....spiderman isn't going to do it...so the only thing left open to discuss is spidey vs. slade....which I'm still kinda wondering why this is a question...
no...I know what you're talking about...it's in a spiderman anniversary issue....spiderman is shown to be all over the hulk hitting him from multiple angles while hulk appears to be in a stationary position.... spiderman claims his reflexes to be forty times faster than a normal person's which makes sense since he can be alerted of danger before it even gets near him...it has nothing to do with his overall speed however......
