Bloody hell!!! 😕
How many are there???
I was aware only of 3.
Could someone post a summary of all these parts, so that I can realise which ones I have or not? Thx 🙂
BTW I'm still needy for that shrinking (or splitting, whatever you like) job. Someone please? 🙂

it depends on whos version you are after EL. Mine is in 2 parts because I shaved off all the old stuff from yesterday morning and didnt feel like doing a hundred uploads. Yoda on the other hand was a little more industrious and split his into 6 sections and his includes the old stuff. And the mirrors to those are at mf.com.

all free............................I should start learning and researching
XviD = (a continuation of DivX 3), Better than DivX 5, Free, Open Source, Advanced MPEG-4 Compression
BeSweet = Free, Advanced, very high quality audio editor/encoder
AVISynth = Free, Very VERY powerful editing tool (though it has a steep learning curve), frameserver
VirtualDub = Very good editing tool, free, can be used to encode to XviD
VDub-Mod = Very good for combining, splitting, cutting video and audio, free
dgmpgdec = Used in conjunction with AVISynth, VirtualDub, and XviD - this tool is free and can be used to open MPEG-2 DVD footage

OK. My new 150 MB XviD conversion is uploaded. It contains all 22 minutes and has a few *improvements* that should prove beneficial, though I still highly recommend the originals as every time a person recompresses or encodes to something new there is a loss (though if done right it isn't too noticeable 😉 )
