CNN makes me laugh

As I sit working on the computer I have CNN on behind me for a little background noise.

As they started to talk about the pending British election I turned around and to watch. The gist of the whole piece was that many british citizens are unhappy with Blair and are threatening legal action against him if the Iraq war is deamed "unlawful". The report went on about whether the british people would re-ellect a leader who they feel so blatantly lied to them.

And then came the kicker, the reporter then said, "But americans are no stranger to voting for a president who has lied to them"... now wait for it..."it wasn't to long ago that Bill Clinton lied to the american people, but that was not about a war and not as serious as Blair's mistakes". (Although I used quotes it's not the exact wording, but you get the point).

The thing that totally killed me is that they ignored all the Bullshit that Bush has fed his countrymen about the Iraq war (while condemning Blair) and went after Bill for lying about his personal life.

It was fricken' brilliant I tell ya!

This board's not the media 😕 media refers to any official news source -- newspapers, magazines, TV.....

Actually the internet is a type of media its not the media of course but well....actually I was trying to make a joke......but to quote the smiths ..."This joke isn't funny anymore"...and never was..well...I guess I will just go sit in a corner then 🙁

Republicans have a hard time understanding that what goes on between a man and a woman inside their marriage is no one else's buisness.

My dad said that he was flipping through news channels when the story of the "runaway bride" was new, and CNN had a bunch of women blaming the pressures of marriage, stress, etc. while FOX had women on who were saying that she should be tried.

Does that make you feel better?

Bill Clinton lied under oath and then somehow didn't get any legal action taken against him. Anybody else does it they have the book thrown at them.
Bush has been known to be full of BS as well so don't say i am siding with him either.
If you ask me all of these political guys are liars.
