EDIT: And, ya know, I never saw what the big deal was about flying. most of us will have energy projectors ourselves or weapons or any number of ways to pick off a flyer. Maybe limit flight speed to 150 mph. it's the equivalent of low level super speed on the ground, and while they wouldn't be making a cross-country trip at that speed it's enough to give a bit of an advatage and a reason to pick said character.
EDIT EDIT: You said we would need links for non-comic characters, does that mean we don't need links for actual comic characters?

Hey guys I'm leaving today and I may not be able to get on a computer for three weeks. By then the roster and stuff may alrready be done so I'm gonna go ahead and PM my choices to Digi since it seems he is going to be the one holding the tourny. Hopefully I can though so if I can I will be on by monday to let you guys know.

You probly don't have to worry too much, the current one's not even done and we still have to get all the rules set... But signing up early isn't really fair, and neither is guaranteeing yourself your first three picks. Get someone to sign you up who's not gonna be in the tourney when the time comes if you're not back yet.
I'm going to unpin this and make a new thread for the tourney...but a few last things
Madrox = NO (didn't know he was multiple man).
We'll take a vote on flight...I still think it would rearrange the structure of the tourney too much (kinda like speed force and/or magic did in this last tournament).
Links need to be provided for ALL picks. I only specified that it was needed for non-comic characters because it will be harder to find a good bio for someone like Ryu (Street Fighter) than it would for Wolverine.
I'll deal with the pick thing later...but yeah, signing up early can't be allowed for obvious fairness reasons. However, I will announce when I'll be making the sign-up thread (I'll probably specify down to the hour) so you won't have to constantly be on worrying about signing up.
