Mostly freezing enemies, changing weapons to flamingos, that sort of thing. Whereas if she could do whatever she wanted, she could just make people like Parallax go back to being plain ole' Hal, keep people like Supes from dieing, not do such a shoddy job on Dr. Light's mind wipe.
Zatanna doesn't do whatever she wants because she can't, just like SS can't. They can both do almost anything, but they have their limits.

True. I think small additions are acceptable, but we shouldn't distract attention from the two main debaters, and just use common sense and our own personal judgement to stay within those limits. People's brief descriptions of why they voted one way or another is a good example.

k i want to know what excatley surfer will do to me when i am in mist form, surrounded by a force field, and can redirect any blast he throws at me. and if he magages to break the forcefield ii can create a two way potral where the other ope appers right infront of him like not even a centimeter away. then while that is happening create another forcefield arounf myself

Or maybe you're just wrong. You talk like DC can't just change her powers. She isn't self-contained, she is whatever DC makes of her, and DC has decided she isn't popular enough to sell comics so she isn't in comics.

All at once too, huh? Especially beacuse the only concrete evidence in this thread shows that Zat has to speak backwards.
If zat can do whatever she wants, but chooses not to, then I'm going with the same logic for Silver Surfer. Especially since he's said that he can. Your logic sucks.
