You really are stupid.
I've already said at least twice, both characters can claim to be able to do anything, but they can't. Both have been defeated when they shouldn't have, both have shown a lack of powers in situations when they shouldn't have. Both can do almost anything, as far as their power source allows.
But, if you want to keep saying Zatanna can do anything simply because ONE comic (I'm confirming this) and some websites (which aren't official) say she can, then im going to say surfer can because he has claimed to.

Her powers don't have any seemable full potential. We can only gauge her powers by her acts. She herself doesn't know the full extent of her powers. But if she can defeat the Shadow, demon gods, Neron, and revive whole cities she's pretty damn powerful.

That was one time. Surfer has been cut into multiple pieces and kept going. Since you refuse to accept that she can't do anything, then I stick by the claim that Surfer can do anything. Marvel just doesn't let him because then it would be boring.
