I loved that series, so here's my take.
Spider-Man, he's witty, exprieinced, and has more on his mind then surfing and boobs.
Catwoman, I've just seen her do more amazing things then Elektra.
Superman, Hulk may be bigger and stronger, but Supes got heat vision, ice breath, X-ray vision, etc. Even if Bruce's mind was in control of the Hulk Superman would probably still win.
No question here. Storm gives Wonder Woman an electric funeral.
Quite possibly the ultimate battle of conservastism versus liberalism. Captain America is a blind optimist of the American goverment which is his downfall. Batman is a complete psychopath paranoid and cynical, which is his downfall. I'll say Batman wins but doesn't consider himself a winner.
The Flash, he's just faster. Period.
Silver Surfer. The most powerfulest weapon in the universe still pales in comparison to the power cosmic. Sense we're talking Kyle Ranner here who was never that great of a Lantern there's no debating.
Lobo. He's as mean as Deadpool, as strong as the Hulk, and has an array of cool weapons. I repeat. Lobo.
Aquaman. For once he doesn't suck. This is perhaps makes him the biggest winner in all realities.
Thor. More expirience, more power, more godly.
Jubilee. Ah, young love. Then they have a tiff over Robin being half as paranoid and cynical as Batman and Jubilee says something like "You DC men are all alike! A girl's gotta look out for her own universe!" and blamo he's dead.
Thanos. Darkseid is probably smarter, but Thanos has him beat in power and his insanity could prove a good weapon because Darkseid will be baffeld with his head first attacks. No contest.
Heh, well what do you know.. it's a tie.. It seems it's the MArvel misfits who kept thier universe from becoming nullified. Not suprising really..
Superboy- Spiderman winning is purely beyond logic.
Elektra- Eh, why not.

Wonder Woman- Even if Storm COULD hit her with lightning, she wouldn't have TIME to.
Probably the closest battle here. 50/50.
Flash
Surfer- I question if even Hal could take him, and since I'm assuming it's Kyle were talking about, I would have to say no.

Aquaman- Telepathy
Thor

Agree with all of them except....Wonder Woman (Superman-level character losing to Storm? Pfft.), Spider-Man (Please! How is Spidey gonna beat a Class 100+ character with telekinesis?) Jubilee(Do I have to say WHY she'd lose?), Catwoman (You seriously think a cat burgular would win against a highly trained Hand assassin?).
Much you have to learn, young padawan.
1. Logic says Superboy, but he's inexperienced and Spidey has fought tougher people. Spider-Man wins 6/10.
2. Electra
3. Superman
4. WW
5. No clue...great fight though. Depends on the gadgets Bats has on him. With no gadgets, I'd give it to Cap.
6. Flash
7. Surfer...against any GL
8. Lobo
9. Is Namor immune to telepathy? If he is, he wins. If not, he loses.
10. Also a great fight. I'll say Shazam because I like him better.
11. Robin most of the time...Jubilee will never be written strong.
12. Thanos

Spiderman/ Superboy: Superboy wins easily, he may not be as strong or as fast as superman but hes close in each quality, therefore Spidey gets squashed.
Elektra/ Catwoman: These two would fight for months. I see no clear-cut advantage going to either one of these chicks.
Superman/ Hulk: Superman is way stronger than Hulk plus much faster and by the time the Hulk gets angry enough to be stronger than Supes, Supes would have knocked him out.
Storm/ WW: I'm going with Storm because when she lets loose there's practically no one that can stop her.
Captain America/ Batman: Same scenario as Catwoman/ Elektra fight, they stalemate forever.
Flash/ Quicksilver: Flash, he's like twice as fast as Pietro.
Silver Surfer/ GL: If it's Kyle or Guy, i'd go with Surfer, but if its Hal or John they win, pretty easily since they've shown to be far stronger than Guy and/or Kyle.
Wolverine/ Lobo: Stalemate for a very long time, but eventually Wolvie would win cuz Lobo has no way of putting wolvie down. I mean, he cant break his bones, and if he cuts him he just heals from it.
Namor/ Aquaman: Namor, he's much much stronger. Aquaman even admitted it himself.
Thor/ Captain Marvel: Captain Marvel takes this easily since Captain Marvel is the exact equal to Supes in strength plus he's faster than Supes, and Supes put Thor down in JLA/ Avengers.
Robin/ Jubilee: Jubilee, one blast and its over for Robin.
Darkseid/ Thanos: They's be at it all night, but eventually Thanos would win.
The above I agree with except:
Storm can't hurt WW. And by the time she wants to cut loose Storm is already unconscious.
No way in hell Wolverine would last for more than a minute with Lobo.
Aquaman is stronger than Namor. Unless he can lift a portion of a city I think not. Telepathy takes Namor out.
Captain Marvel isn't and never will be equal to Superman. I've already proved that CM is weaker than WW. Thor would own CM's ass.
Jubilee is stupid fighter. Anything she throws will be dodged. One sonic scrambler and she's out.

Besides, Marvel loves having Spidey get whupped by Scorpion or some other tool and then beating Firelord (this happened by the way) or hurting Hulk, or fighting Juggernaut for days, etc.
Superboy could probably take less damage than regular Supes before biting it, and "tactile telekinesis" is like another way of saying "he has it, but it will never be used to 'own' anyone".
A well-written Spider-Man, making full use of his agaility, spider-sense, webs, etc. is a dangerour thing. I think it would be closer than you realize.
