Where has WW ever fought a serious Flash? He's not running into a portal, but even if he was, what does it matter lol - he's still running at 360x lightspeed casually.

She caught a Flash that couldn't slow down which is enough for me and is proof that she can react to him. Remember, he couldn't slow down.

He wasn't holding back. He was exhausted and admitted he couldn't slow down.

But he also couldn't slow down either. We've seen Flash move so fast that it resulted in a negative impact. Just because he was feeling it, doesn't mean he was moving any slower. If anything, it means he was moving at optimal speeds.
