I say Majestic can take it with super speed on his side, but I'm sure people will disagree.

Count nefaria is fast him damnself and stronger on depends who is on their A game.

Nefaria is almost as close as you can get to being completely invulnerable......... when at full power

i agree with scoobless.....Nefaria had a habit of throwing around large teams of superheroes...shrugging off their best blows like nothing....

Majestic still has an incredible speed advantage, and is well known for creating plot devices within seconds to deal with threats. Not sure if his standard equipment includes his swords, but even Kherubim-crafted swords (not the Creation Engine swords) can slice down to the sub-atomic level.
