It does imply that Morrison is in control over Animal Man (the author of Animal Man), but nowhere does it imply that Morrison is God/artist(s)&writer(s) of every comic book in DC.

reasons why the spectre is overrated
1spectre in dov was getting his ass handed to him by an amped cap marvel. read it and then realize how bad spectre was losing i mean it was an utter curbstomp.
2 in coie he battled the am and was in a comatose state after the battle. he decided not to enter the fray again for whatever reason or not it is simply speculation.
3spectre was caged and had no means of saving anyone by the joker who had the mr mxy mans powers. under spectres oen poer he was helpless and had to be a good parokeet.
4 in dov shazam rocked his world. he prepped for him and actually hurt him bad whereas someone with the spectres power should be able to defaet him rather easily.
evidence for my case of the spectre being overrated. counter if you can.
and crying pis is no counter.
Who said I hate you? I pointed out what an idiot you are, but that hardly means I hate you. It's pretty trivial to dislike someone because of their intelligence or lack thereof. Especially over an internet forum.
