You can top it by having sandman fight him on the beach then venom pops up or something and somehow get him to liberty isle

Lets stick to scenarios with villains who actually have a decent chance to be in SM-3.

And fighting Sandman at the beach is corny and stupid.

or venom and sandman are on liberty island already and there gonna destroy the statue along with al the tourists for some reason and spidey goes to stop em, and a big fight ensues
