I don't know. Maybe Palp could have continued to electrocute him instead of throwing him out the window. That would have been cool.

Actually i would love to see a character get fried by the lighting, notice not a single character has died from it in the movies, that would be nice.
Then they could have Mace scream anikin help me but just have him stare and do nothing about it. It would be an interesting paralel from ROTJ where he actually does intervien when someone is screaming for his help when they are being fried by force lightning

He just shouldn't have received the "Disney Villian Death" is all... I like the other idea, have him be electrocuted and have Anakin watch...that's what I pictured when I first found out about this confrontation. or that Anakin would flat out do it, for a nice bit of payback for never believing in him and not acting like such an arrogant d!k towards him.
